The new poster, which has already been incorporated into Personnel Concepts’ Space Saver-1 All-On-One State and Federal Labor Law Poster series, also promulgates new regulations for the Americans With Disabilities Amendments Act (ADAAA). Current holders of the SS-1 Labor Law Poster must replace their EEOC panel with the November 2009 version. Update subscribers will automatically be mailed the replacement panels. Others may obtain one by calling Customer Service at (800) 333-3795. Those purchasing new SS-1 Labor Law Posters will find the correct panel in place already. “GINA and ADAAA both represent major sea changes in labor law,” said Robert Leland, director of research for personnel concepts. “Employers need to bring both their posters and their policies up to date immediately.” Personnel Concepts virtually created the labor law and health and safety compliance poster industry in 1989 with its All-On-One approach. It also led the industry in developing a skilled, knowledgeable and experienced research team that keeps constant vigil on government regulatory changes and updates clients on changing labor law and OSHA requirements. Its “We Pay the Fine” guarantee was an industry first and is still a mainstay of its strong customer service tradition.
