"We Pay the Fine" guarantee
All purchasers of our All-On-One Labor Law Posters and Compliance Service Subscriptions are covered by our $17,000 “We Pay the Fine” Guarantee. During the first 12 months after purchasing your Space Saver 1 State and Federal Labor Law Poster, if you have properly posted the SS1 and we have failed to notify you by phone or mail of an update within 90 days of its publication, and your company is fined by a State or Federal agency for having an outdated poster, we will reimburse you up to $17,000 for posting violation fines.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may cancel prior to Personnel Concepts shipping your product. Order Returns
As part of our continued commitment to customer satisfaction, after you review your order: if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, less the shipping and handling charge.
In order for your item to be returned, merchandise must be in the original packaging and a Return Merchandise Authorization number must be requested.
To request an RMA number, email us at custreturns@personnelconcepts.com or call 1-800-333-3795, ext.3964.
All returns must have an RMA # visible on the package.Returns without RMA numbers may be refused. All returns may not be eligible to receive credit. RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days.
